What I disliked was that I joined was the fact that I was told via an advert on Instagram that I could buy Milwaukee Tools for a special price if I join. I was under the impression that I only have to join with my details and I can then purchase the tools. I was really disappointed. On the other hand, I am truly surprised that the Escalation Team came back to me almost immediately after I sent my complaint. Good Job!

Ashley assisted me, now here's hoping I act get a refund and it wasn't just a hoax. I didn't sign up for this site, didn't even VISIT said website. I had purchased something on a different website, not connected tho this one, and was charged for some membership things for 2 other sites I didn't even visit or knew existed until I received the emails from them and checked my card account.
