I got help from the agent who goes by the name Grace.She understood my grievances and helped me out with the misunderstanding I had.The only reason why I didn't rate them five stars is because I haven't been getting the help I wanted.But I appreciate the help from Grace
This company have tried to take money out of my account multiple times after me saying I wanted to cancel to which eventually after 4/5 times they did. I didn't then hear anything and now all of a sudden they have stated it back up using my detail trying to take money! This is FRAUD!!!! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
