Poor customer service and unclear payment system
I ordered a dress on April 3rd with an expected delivery time of 2 weeks. By April 10th, I still hadn’t received any updates or additional information, so I contacted customer service. Their response was just one short sentence saying that I had ordered a dress with a 14-day delivery time, which wasn’t helpful at all.
What made things even more confusing was that the payment hadn’t actually been processed — it was only reserved in my bank account. On April 13th, the money was returned to my account, so I contacted the company again to ask if I could cancel my order since it clearly wouldn’t arrive on time as stated on their website and in their message.
Once again, I received only a one-sentence reply saying that the estimated delivery date is the end of April and that the payment would be taken once the package is shipped. I don’t understand this at all, since I paid during the ordering process and the amount had been reserved in my bank account the entire time. No apology, no real explanation, and no effort to help.
The dresses are beautiful, but the customer service is terrible. They provide almost no information, and it feels like you’re bothering them when you reach out. I also noticed that another customer had the exact same experience before me.

I ordered and paid for two dresses from their official website on the 3rd of february. Then, two days later, on the 5th they informed me over messages that the dress was out of stock in the color that i originally ordered and I replaced it with a different color. They responded with a message saying the dresses were on their way to me. They haven’t contacted me since, even after I sent them a message asking when the order will arrive, to which they didn’t respond. Today, february 14th, I recieved a full refund without a single email or explanation as to why my dresses haven’t been delivered or were returned. This is extremely unprofessional and inexcusable behaviour from such a large company.
The best place with best dresses for all types of women and their prices are very affordable I just bought more than 15 dresses at 200kr each and taking them to Uganda for myself and family attending our Nephew's wedding.Love the place
