I am in love with this company. I've never dealt with a support team that works so hard to make sure that the software is running smoothly and that cares about their customers having a pleasant experience.
I had a small issue with connecting my copier today, and immediately 2 of their most knowledgeable representatives got to fixing it.
I will never trust another company like I trust them. They keep improving the software and the experience keeps getting better and better. 🙏🏼Caro
Okay so this is 100% my honest opinion. Before purchasing anything, I tend to do my research on reviews, and competing companies. So starting with reviews, the majority of the one star reviews was on its lack of copying other accounts/price and time lag in the copying. I just got finished with the 7 day free trial and have not had a single problem. The company states the productivity of the app is based mainly on the strength of your own internet. I use WiFi (not hardwired) to my PC that runs around 400-700 mgbs with no problems, and wifi at my job with zero problems at all. At first I was concerned because the profit/loss were a few $ difference, but later found out that it was based on the commission the prop firms I was using were taking, so
Little to no problem with any type of lag. I have had no problem with connecting/reconnecting accounts when logging out and in. (You have to reconnect accounts if logged out longer than around 60-90 minutes which is a little tedious but that’s due to security/authorization reasons for tradovate.) Now on the actual workability of the platform. I have the pro version and as of right now have no regrets of giving this probably a 10/10. You are given the opportunity of having unlimited accounts (I’m using 3 prop firms right now) and I set my leader account and log into tradingview and trade off of that one account and when the app it open it copies practically flawlessly across all 3 firms. There is also risk settings you can set, WHICH I LOVE, on tradecopia and push them over to tradovate which have (thankfully) worked perfectly. So you don’t have to set them each individually on tradovate. And lastly support. I added the discord and the CEO and MOD respond ALL THE TIME. At the time of this review, almost all questions and support are answered and fixed practically immediately. I had a problem, (my 7 day trial ended and the website was about to charge me in the next 30 minutes) and I couldn’t log in. I stated it in the discord and was immediately asked to open a ticket, so I did and problem was resolved in
Less than 20 minutes. (Problem was the transfer between free trail and paid subscription was my bank was taking a second to process it so the website didn’t recognize that I had a subscription till it went through. So that was a problem on my side and not the website/app. But as of right now this is my honest review and I will update if needed in the future.
I encountered an issue while trying to upgrade, and the customer support, especially one representative, was incredibly fast and helpful. Not only did he assist me, but his involvement made me feel valued. I was initially unsure about the service due to its lower profile compared to others, but after this experience, I can confidently say I will remain loyal to this platform!
I recently transitioned to futures trading a few months back and needed a reliable trade copier. I was fortunate to discover a service that has provided a stellar experience. I no longer have concerns about the copier accurately mirroring trades. With the recent addition of Rithmic, I am thoroughly enjoying this journey.
