Payal is a professional. I lost 15lbs w/ Payal in 3 months. I am extremely busy at work and didn't think I could commit to a program, but we made it happen. She is very on top of you during your fat loss period. She teaches you about macros and eating protein. Shockingly this is the secret to feeling full and losing weight without feeling like you're starving or too heavily restricting. I have tried very restrictive eating in the past but it ended up causing a yo yo. with payal i learned some new techniques than I'm keeping with me and got my strength + steps up. It's been 4 months since I stopped working with her and my weight has stayed off. highly highly recommend. changed my approach to eating where instead of feeling bad about things, i just know the difference between a calorie that won't satiate me for a long time and one that will. if you are crazy busy, i am busier, and this worked for me :)
