Disappointing Experience with Recovery Software

I initially found free software that located my lost pictures and videos, and I decided to pay for it since it claimed to recover over 1300 family photos and videos. However, it only retrieved 1300 damaged files that I can't use or open. I reached out to the support team the same day, and they promised a refund if I explained my dissatisfaction. But after that, they kept asking for more information. Now, they want a lengthy video of me scanning, recovering, and attempting to open all 1300 files before they consider issuing a refund. I seriously doubt that even if I provide the video, I would actually receive my money back. It feels like a scam targeting those who have lost files and are desperate to recover them.

Deceptive Free Software Scam!

I got this free software to recover my lost pictures and videos, but after paying for the recovery of over 1300 family files, it only retrieved damaged files that are unusable.
