Unfortunately, Google Translate can't compare to it in the near future.

I came across this translation agencyWhat I appreciated most about the translation agency was their willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs. They provided regular updates on the progress of the translation, and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. In addition, they offered competitive pricing that was well within my budget, and the final products were delivered on time and without any errors.
The translation was not done by real people. I mean...it was, but they used Deepl and Google Translate for that. They forgot to delete the sign "Translated with Deepl" from the file. I did ask for my money back, but they just promised a revision "done by their best experts." Three days later - they just stopped replying to my messages. No revision was done.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR YOUR TRANSLATIONS!!!!They advertise on their website that deliveries for their professional (paid service) is within 2 hours, however when they fail to deliver within this timeframe they claim the 2 hours is only an approximation. I needed a last minute translation and paid them the price advertised on the webpage. They failed to get it to me on time so I was unable to get the permit that I needed the translation for. When I wrote requesting my money back, as they hadn't fulfilled the terms of their contract - this was their response (verbatim). "We understand it.But kindly note that you haven't notified us about your order urgency.Two hours is the approximate turnaround time for translation.Due to this matter, your refund request will be rejected.Regards,"I wrote to them twice and gave them 2 opportunities to comply with the law regarding the sale of goods and services - they have absolutely no intention of fulfilling any legal contracts they make - so consider yourselves warned. This is not a professional organization - IT'S AN ONLINE SCAM! Don't throw any of your money away on them. Find another translation service.
Translate.com is a terrible app, I am warning you. Don’t try it. I just tried doing some translating, and everything was all different levels of wrong. Even the information about the language was wrong, and even if I am the only person who is saying this, just please, don’t go onto this website, it’s just rubbish.
The pay is low but considering that you are working without specialization and mainly fixing an automatic translation is understandable. Leaving aside the fact that it takes weeks if not more to get to the minimum withdrawal of $ 20, when you want to withdraw you have to "contact the support" that somehow manages to extend the withdrawal time by days/weeks. Paypal transactions are immediate then the conclusion is? Come paid 0.01 $ per word and you're not sure to receive payment, practically you're working for free.Update: the payment has arrived
I have been working at Translate since 2017 and can share only the positive experience. The support team of the company is really professional and it is just a pleasure to work with such experts. Any of the requests addressed were responded fast. Moreover, I can surely say that with this company it is more than possible to provide for a family, go on vacation and have time for entertainments since your work is fairly compensated and the workload is more than enough. I have a tip: the more languages you know, the more languages pairs you can choose, the more money you earn. The thing I love the most is that the company really cares about the translators.
