So many good reviews not sure why. I needed my sons Chinese Birth certificate translated urgently for a delayed passport application. They did do the translation on a Saturday and I received it the next day. However my name was in English on the original document but they spelt it completely wrong on the translated version also in English.It seemed a little unprofessional and rushed.This I can forgive, we all make mistakes. However what I find shocking is they post your documents 48hours no guarantee of delivery.Then blame Royal Mail when they chose that service. My documents took a week to arrive and no one gave me the option to pay for express post as the passport office don't except digital copies.Spoke to them but offered no partial refund. I paid 66GBP for a small Birth certificate to be translated and waited a week!Only use if you are not in a hurry otherwise choose a more reliable service that doesn't try to save a few quid at the post office.

I chose Translation Online based on positive reviews, particularly those highlighting the reliable delivery of hard copies (in two days after the translation is done). At first, I was satisfied, the translation was of good quality, and the digital copy was delivered promptly via email. I did not receive hard copies (which are essential for me) in 2 days as some other customs did. I sent Translation Online an email enquiry and was asked to pay an additional £6.00 for delivery. I made a payment, but I have yet to receive hard copies, a full week later. Despite several follow-up attempts, my emails were ignored by their agents who had previously been responsive. It’s extremely frustrating to be charged for a service, not receive it, and then be completely disregarded when an issue arises. While the translation itself met expectations, the lack of accountability and poor customer service were extremely disappointing. Ultimately, they did not deliver what was promised, hence the one-star rating. It is unacceptable to charge for a service and not deliver it. I strongly advise to avoid this company, especially if you need physical documents or expect reliable communication.
