But one day, it deflated, so I contacted the after-sales service, and they quickly resolved the issue and replaced my pillow. I bought one of their travel items, which unfortunately broke after the 1st usage. I wrote to the customer service providing evidence and i was immediately sent a new item along with a small present. Locked luggage strap

I locked my late husband’s luggage strap by mistake not realising I didn’t have the code to unlock it!I contacted Millie via Email and received a very quick response. Due to security Travel Blue are unable to unlock. As a lovely sign of goodwill Millie offered to replace the strap, the strap was more than 36 months old.I persevered with various codes and was able to release the strap - my husband must have been in my head.Will obviously buy Travel Blue products in the future because there was a human being at the end of my query. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💐

I bought a charger from the airport, and the product was faulty. I was very annoyed and disappointed. I reached out for support, but I was not expecting much.
