I purchased the 3 in 1 USB charger cable from True Blue. Overall the product worked well though did have a tendancy to disconnect when using the Apple connector. Unfortunately the USB-C connector adaptor snapped off and as a result i contacted True Blue. They were very helpful and were able to send me free of charge a replacement cable. Overall it was a good experience and i would recommend their products and services.
I had recently purchased a set of Travel Blue RFID blocking pockets. Unfortunately the stitching came undone on one of them in particular. I emailed Travel Blue with the product details and a prompt replacement was organised (my pockets were also within their warranty period). Thankyou again for this fast, efficient replacement, and prompt customer service.
