What amazing company this is to book for your holiday. 100% professional from start to finish. I booked a few days away in krakow with a couple of tours Auschwitz and the salt mine. Our tour assistant was Rebecca who couldn't do enough for us. We just told her what we wanted from flights to tours etc and she sorted everything out for us giving us a hassle free holiday. Everything went like clockwork from start to finish. I have already given some friends and family details of the company and I know they will use them. I've told them that a lady called Rebecca is outstanding in doing her job but I'm sure the other assistants are just has good. Highly recommended with five stars plus.
Just started looking at holidays online. I was contacted by travel gates (Susan Parker) who sent information on the type of holiday i was looking for. She was pleasant and friendly without being overpowering. Nowhere near sorting a holiday just yet but I'd certainly be back intouch with Susan should I decide to go ahead.
Replied to an advert on Facebook that offered ski trips to Bulgaria. Maria responded promptly and was extremely helpful in providing the right hotel and flights for a very fussy customer!Nothing was a problem for Maria and she was always quick to reply with any queries or amendments needed to the booking.Thanks Maria
