The attention to detail offered by travel fares was far and above the norm . Their agent Melanie ensured we had a stress free experience, she advised on hotels, directions sent us maps , organised pick ups , even offered to get our boarding passes for us . I would recommend travel gates .
From start to finish Melanie could not have been more helpful. At the start of 2024 she helped me plan a trip to Krakow, which I had seen on their page on Instagram...however we didnt manage to go. Fast forward to April and I reached out to her again. Everything from finding suitable dates/flights/hotels was done with pleasantness and patience. She answered every question promltly and made sure the trip met all our needs. Once we got the perfect trip, booking was simple and straight forward. She offered suggestions for food, activities, transfers..even what clothes to take for the location and climate. I will absolutely turn to Travelgates..and definitely Melanie for future bookings.
Emelia Jones was outstanding from the beginning to the end. She came up with loads of alternative flights and accommodation for us and understood everything that we needed. I had to give her 5 stars as there wasn't an option to give more :) Thank you for everything Emelia.

Melanie was great talked me through everything whilst as a gold member with etihad I spoke them on messenger and chat but they couldn't find flightaadvertised on etihad site ? I came across Travelgates on Instagram and I was initially hesitant in booking through a social media platform. I tested the water and reached out to them and I got a response from Melanie. She explained everything to me and that they are a new upcoming travel firm who specialise in customer service and overseeing their customers needs for a holiday. I was speaking with Melanie for about a week who was very trustworthy and friendly through the whole process. I booked a 3 day break to Krakow, Poland after seeing an advert and I soon realised there was no need for my initial hesitation. The process was easy from start to finish. Melanie sorted everything out, from the flights to the hotel and the tour to Auschwitz, along with providing useful reminders when to check in and to ensure all booking confirmations were printed off. I even booked parking at Stanstead, and Melanie went above and beyond to help me locate the parking pass which the airport parking did not send me.The trip was amazing. The process was stress free, payment was easy as they send you a secure link, all booking confirmation was sent to me within a few hours.I cannot recommend Travelgates highly enough.A*, 10/10, excellent customer service and great communication. I could not fault anything and I really did try.. I have recommended Travelgates to a few of my friends and I will be booking another trip in June with them.Thank you to Melanie especially.
