First I would like to mention Naomi for starting our Journey to Thailand through Travel Gates. We are so looking forward to our Vacation in March. Naomi has dealt with us patiently in relation to choosing our hotels and other demands. Thank-you!!. Taking over from Naomi and completing our booking is the lovely Grace Walker. Grace fell straight into the position after Naomi left and has been a kind reassuring asset to company she works for. Thank-you Grace !!😀
Booked a holiday to Thailand in july. Booking procedure was very easy. Grace was excellent. I wanted to change a hotel to somewhere more suitable which was sorted very quickly. She even found more convenient flights from our local airport which weren't available at the time of booking. Any queries I have are dealt with very quickly. Haven't been on holiday yet but will review afterwards
I decided to leave this review because of my experience with Grace, who contacted me with two holiday offers. After reviewing them, I informed her politely that I had found another holiday elsewhere, as her prices were higher.After this, she repeatedly asked me how much I had paid. I kindly answered, but she continued to message me, asking whether I had finalised my booking and insisting further, At one point, I had to clearly ask whether she understood my response.Eventually, she accepted my decision, but later contacted me again asking me to leave feedback to help her and specifically requested that I mention her name, “Grace.”How can I leave a feedback for someone I dont done deal with and more of that continued to be unprofessional. Because of her persistence, I feel it is important to give honest feedback. I found her approach disturbing and unprofessional. When a client clearly explains that they have chosen another offer and the booking is completed, further contact should stop out of respect. Continuing to message after that is unnecessary.I believe better training in customer communication and boundaries would be beneficial.
So far so good, Ruth was very patient with me. All booked and just waiting to go experience the beautiful Thailand again, this time with a twist. I can't thank Ruth enough as im sure I drove her made with my hundreds of questions and requests. Thank you Ruth you were amazing:) more reviews to come when i have completed my full experience in 2027 :) xxx
Booked with Travelgates to go to Thailand next year. Maria has been great, wanted to change hotels from original booking due to location and she was very helpful doing it and giving me new options. Look forward to my trip next year.
