Although we are yet to travel with travelgates our agent Sophia has tirelessly searched for the right cruise for us from a long list of requirements ( were not easy customers 🤪) sophia has a never give up attitude and is meticulous in her promptness .great advise and we will deff. be using in the future !
Made contact with a wonderful lady called Deborah. Who has went way above and beyond for me. Sorting through many itineraries trying to sort for my elderly husband and myself with any fuzz. Nothing was too much bother. Although we haven’t agreed on myself definite yet we will certainly be back to Deborah when we do. I have stored ur number Deborah and shall be back soon thank you so much for your kindness, patience and consideration
Gloria was very patient and made booking our dream cruise 🚢 easy. Nothing was too much trouble for her and no question too silly. I booked a cruise to the far east with this company with travel consultant Deborah Williams when I received confirmation there was no atol certificate provided no booking reference number the wrong flights were given didn't match up the flights for January 2028 are not even out yet just made up flights I was told I could pay when I wanted for this holiday I have it in message from her then I was told I would need to pay another 1000 pound in a couple off weeks time never agreed also have messaged to this spoke to a manger David on the Saturday very abrupt indeed every time I phoned this company no one answers I was told I would get my deposit back off 200 pound still waiting 2 weeks later phoned and messaged everyday about this I was told it would be in my bank account on Friday evening no money in my account then I was told it would be in by Saturday morning at 12 o'clock still no money in account sent messages all day yesterday and phoned no one answers I have all my through WhatsApp from Deborah Williams which I have sent to holiday watchdog I wrote a review before but had to take it down because they said if I didn't my money would not be refunded I also have messaged that is them threatening me I would not use this company at all nothing but a SCAM probably getting there family to write reviews for them how can a company scam a pensioner out off money everything they say is lies I will not be removing my review as I am speaking through my own experience SCAMMERS
Booked a trip to Auswitz krakow today with SHEBA very helpful and patient as i changed my mind a few times.Got a good price as well.And dates and times for flights that suit me.Thanks for sorting it out would definately recommend Travelgates.
