The service from Hannah was excellent. I kept having to change dates and number of travellers and type of accommodation and she was courteous and helpful all the way and kept me updated frequently. Haven't taken the skiing holiday yet, leave in a few days as it was last minute, but I feel reassured that Hannah has secured and thoroughly organised everything from the flights, hotel, transfers lift & ski hire.Thank you Hannah 🙏
Absolutely most stressful booking of a holiday I’ve ever been a part of. Would not recommend. They confirmed our dates in Spring of 2025 but then in January 2026 (only four months from our trip) they informed us they’d actually failed to secure our dates. They tried to offer us other dates a week prior but that didn’t suit us as they were outside of the school holidays. Communication has been stilted and difficult being only through WhatsApp and when we’ve quite rightly asked for a refund, they are still no further forward actioning that despite the error being theirs and them not being able to offer the dates we need. Every day is “we will get back to you by the end of the day” - they informed us on 7th January and since then there have been ignored messages, empty promises of calls and suggested alternatives that continually don’t match our requirements. Full refund still not returned now on 4th March and it’s just gutting to have to still be chasing them when we want to just have our money and book elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!
Deborah bless her has been trying to find me a lovely holiday for my 60th birthday. She has been an absolute star offering me various options initially for Dubai for a cruise and stay then the war started. I’d like to thank her very much for all her help and I wouldn’t hesitate in booking a holiday with her in the future once I know where we stand with regards this war. She honestly couldn’t do enough for me. Thank you so much Deborah, you’re an excellent travel advisor and very friendly and go beyond to try meet all expectations.
I made an initial enquiry through Facebook and Susan responded via WhatsApp. She has looked at a few options for me, and although I haven't made my mind up yet, I would have no hesitation in going back to Susan if I decide to make a booking.
Hannah was a great help organising and booking our ski holiday for Feb half term. (27)Not an easy task when it’s for a family with 3 children aged 4, 6 and 8 (children’s first ski trip) and grandparents. She managed to book the hotel we wanted and flights at a good time plus the transfers all for a reasonable price. She also booked passes and equipment. Hannah was patient and allowed changes to be made. She also replied quickly.I can’t wait to go and see if the children like skiing as much as the adults.
