Treeline. Dealing with them is similar to a Star Fleet Captain trying to complete the Kobayashi Maru. I thoroughly enjoy their clairvoyant policy of needing to know everything that is going to happen in your life at least 48 hours before your appointment or risk a black mark on your patient record. It's OK though I tried to fit in another appointment after waiting 2 months for my previous appointment which was cancelled by YOU 40 hours before my appointment. Scratch that 39 hours (the clocks went forward) but it's fine. Because your patients need to stick to your STRICT 48 hour policy. Might I suggests your policy people Google 'strict' or is it just a case of "do as I say not as I do?"I hear you cry, "if you don't like it go to another dentist." However, we're all aware that dentists currently have our national genitals in a vice because no one is taking on NHS patients. So, we can use this as an excuse for poor customer service because the options are to stay or leave and let another dentists print their own money in the form of your own hard earned wage.I don't like to be negative so I'll end on a positive............well done dentists of the UK for perpetuating the stereotype that all Brits have terrible teeth as no one can get to, or afford a dentist anymore. I personally enjoyed the passive aggressive nature of the staff working behind reception. Always goes down well.
I would have given 1 star if not for the dentist actually being very good. The company itself is all about profit they do not care about your well being. I spent £££ on a private procedure and could not get any emergency appointment days afterwards and was just left to "sort myself out". They don't give a toss about you once they have collected your money. You would think they would make an effort to see you quickly as a private patient complaining about severe pain. Nope, I was told to just call 111. Meanwhile this is a clinic that is open 8am to 8pm daily but apparently struggle to give emergency appointments. it's 100% money over patient care. Please read the reviews and avoid this clinic at all costs.
As a private patient I still had a six week wait before an appointment was available, after five weeks had elapsed they without even a week's notice, without reason, they cancelled my appointment, didn't answer the phone, and after emailing they decided to hold onto my deposit for a further two weeks whilst I waited like an idiot for an appointment to be remade once they had room (this never happened AND they never contacted me) after two weeks I finally chased and asked for my deposit to be returned they said no! I have to go in in person to ask for it, they couldn't refund via email/phone.Absolutely ludicrous.
Admin staff don’t seem to care. When ever you ring in regards to a query, no one ever seems to know anything and they are always like, “we will get someone to call you back” yet they never do.My partner has been trying to get on the nhs waiting list for months now, and everytime she enquires whether someone has finally looked into it, no one seems to have a clue.It makes the practice seem very unprofessional when their admin team just don’t know any of the answers and despite what they say, they obviously don’t note it down for a ring back.If you can find another practice then do so.
I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone, they have no idea how to fix teeth. ASIEL ZAFER destroyed my TEETH, put a cheap yellow material on it and left with a black line on it. She was rude and yelled at me! Never ever go to ASIEL ZAFER! AND THE MANAGER OF THIS CLINIC WAS RUDE AND THE FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!!
Appalling service from both receptionists and dentist. Constantly fobbed off to come back, so you pay the examination fee every time! Then I had to cancel 1 appointment as my son was unwell and was told that my treatment plan had been cancelled so needed to start from scratch. Absolute joke. Never known a dentist like it. Shoddy work and ignorant staff. One filling they did for me fell out after a year. Going privately now.
If you are an NHS patient, expect to be treated as though you are a Dickensian pauper from the work-house. This would be a zero star feedback if there was one. After approximately two years on the waiting list for Treeline Dental Practice in Keyworth, I was finally contacted and offered an NHS appointment. When I arrived, ten minutes early, I had to wait 25 minutes to be seen by Rabeeyah Cheema. She then proceeded to spend approximately 3 minutes assessing my situation before lying to my face by informing me that I did not require any fillings even though I definitely do, after not seeing a dentist for several years. Indeed, one molar cavity is the proverbial size of meteor crater in Arizona, so certainly obvious to me. She also said a failed molar reconstruction, that requires attending to urgently, would not be reconstructed by her, she made some ridiculous excuse about it not taking. I strongly suspect that if I came up with the several hundred pounds to do so privately, it really wouldn’t have been a problem.I was asked to purchase some gap cleaners and plaque indicator pills at a cost of £13 and told to come back in 4 weeks for a 30-minute cleaning and incisor extraction. If they refuse to do fillings because you're not paying for them, they are certainly not trustworthy, and I would not be condfident they have my health as their primary concern. I will therefore wait until I find employment and then look for an honest professional to properly do the work at my expense.
