AVOID !!

AVOID !!! paid for denplan for 5months and havent had my hygienist appt before being switched to maternity exemption and even trying to do that was difficult!. Been told i had to pay for hyginist even tho ive paid them 5 months direct debit and had no appointments. ive been chasing them since the start of jan 2026 to try and get a response to ensure that my hygienist appt is covered under denplan seen as theyve taken £100 off me and ive not recieved the service . no one ever responds to the emails, call the number they say theyll call you back but NOTHING. on your website it says you deal with complaints within 20 working days its been well over that . i was so happy with the service i recieved up until now absolute con artists now going through my bank to try and get my money back. maybe this review means i might actually get a response back or at least a refund !!!

Maltby Rotherham - Waste of Time

Maltby - RotherhamIf I could give it a minus then I would, the practice run ok until they sold out to "Treeline" and downhill ever since, the amount of cancellations is absolutely discussing, you are on hold trying to get through for over 30mins and if you press for a call back, you never get it ! Also sent an email in complaining and yes you've guessed it, never got a response from that either. The cancellations are just fob off excuses as my partner and myself have different dentists, yet they were both cancelled together with different excuses. I bet if I was fully private I wouldn't have a problem getting and keeping the appointment !!!!

Is this the worst dental practice in…

Is this the worst dental practice in the country You go to one site and you are sent to anotherTheir call centre phones "this is a courtesy call to remind you of your appointment" but neglect to tell you which site to attendThe dentist is lovely however they need to seriously look at the way they treat their clients we are not a captive audience we can leave

I'm so disappointed with the service…

I'm so disappointed with the service I've received from treeline dentist at Sleaford, I was taken by them because they take on NHS patients which I'm entitled to as i was diagnosed with breast cancer on the 21 st December 2024 had the tumor removed on the 23 rd march 2025 ,I went through radiotherapy in June and July 2025, I've since contacted them because I see an offer on FB for teeth whitening and paid deposit of £20 for a consultation, my appointment was tomorrow at 6.40 , they constantly ring & message, text, had a phone call today saying i haven't paid a deposit - cancelled my appointment 3 times I've sent the proof only 1 screenshot showed up I'm absolutely knackered devastated the way I've been treated when I've had missed calls of them and returned the calls whoever is on the other end of the phone just says if it's important they'll phone you back

Awful

My experience with this practice has been extremely disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.I have personally had multiple NHS appointments cancelled or rearranged, and when I booked a private cosmetic appointment instead, that appointment was also cancelled by the practice. Despite no service being provided, I then had to spend weeks repeatedly chasing the return of my £30 deposit. Even after being informed the refund had been “initiated,” the funds still did not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, forcing me to begin recovery through my bank.Communication was consistently poor, responses were slow, and the situation was handled in a dismissive and unhelpful manner. During this same period, automated appointment reminders continued to be sent despite the unresolved refund issue, demonstrating clear administrative disorganisation. After reviewing wider customer feedback, I noted that the company’s overall Trustpilot profile currently sits at around 2.5/5, with a high proportion of negative reviews reflecting experiences very similar to my own.The amount involved was small, but the time wasted, repeated chasing required, and lack of professionalism shown in resolving such a simple matter was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before paying deposits or relying on scheduled appointments at this practice

Top Class experience From Treeline Bolsover

I had treatment with Dr Teddy recently for a very deep cavity, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. The procedure was complex and carried some risk, but Dr Teddy handled everything with such calmness and precision. I didn’t feel the injection or the treatment at all, which is something I’ve never experienced before in dentistry. She explained every step clearly, including the possible outcomes, which gave me great confidence and reassurance. A week later, I have had no pain or sensitivity, and the tooth feels completely normal — which is amazing considering how deep the cavity was.Dr Teddy’s combination of technical skill, gentle approach, and genuine care for patients is outstanding. I feel very lucky to have been treated by her and would recommend her wholeheartedly.Thank you for such a positive and stress-free experience.

Been to the Lincoln site for both NHS…

Been to the Lincoln site for both NHS and Private dental care. Can’t fault the service, the staff are still always smiling and welcoming. The TCOs were extremely helpful at ensuring my treatment ran smoothly from phone calls to appointments and I even got a lovely bouquet of flowers at the end of treatment. I will be returning for more private treatment in the future if needed.

Overall, it felt like a patch-up job and you’ll likely need it redone elsewhere.

Like some of the reviews here, I left feeling really uncomfortable. I saw Dr Rahul at Treeline Dental in Bolsover, and whenever I raised a concern, he was calm but dismissive, like I was overreacting about something I could clearly see was wrong, but it was treated as ‘normal’.A filling failed and part of the tooth snapped with it. What should’ve been one appointment turned into 3 visits. In the end, he filled the gap but left it half-done, without rebuilding the snapped bit.A month later, a persistent foul smell started between the gum and the new filling, despite good hygiene. I’d planned to get it redone while on holiday back home, but I had to go back again (4th visit). It was dealt with in minutes, with no real check. I asked him to at least sand the filling down so it was easier to clean, and the main advice was to sleep with normal toothpaste on it. It burned my mouth, made me feel sick, and didn’t fix the issue.I’m not saying things can’t go wrong, it’s how it was handled. Polite on the surface, but I felt brushed off when I came back with a real problem. Overall, it felt like a patch-up job and you’ll likely need it redone elsewhere.

Avoid!!! Catalogue of bad experiences over 3 years

Lincoln branch - Avoid, avoid, avoid! If I could give this place a zero I would! Honestly, the worst dental practice and experience I’ve ever had at an nhs dentist. I have had a catalogue of bad experiences here, zero care or consideration and have placed a complaint with the ICB - constant cancelled appointments, refusing to do root canal to save a tooth but would give me the option if i paid privately, removing teeth then refusing to see me for treatment for dry socket because they had run out of nhs funding for the year - but they will happily see me if I paid privately! Agreed to bridge treatment on the nhs on dentist’s recommendation which kept falling out the day after being fitted because the dentist was incompetent- this went on for several months by which point I gave up and decided to live with the gap! Trying to chargemy 15 year old daughter for teeth extractions needed before her brace fitting when she’s under 18 after initially booking us in and stating it would be completely covered under the nhs. They are money hungry thieves who advertise they take nhs patients but really they will claim they can’t do it on the nhs or have run out of funding so that people have to pay privately! Absolutely disgusting and I’m glad to no longer be a patient here!
