Received Incorrect Size and Poor Performance

I got the item I ordered, but it was the wrong size; I requested an XL and received a 2XL in packaging meant for a 3XL. Additionally, it did not heat up as promised. When I reached out to the support team, they offered me $8 to keep the item. I have not seen any type of refund yet.
