Review Time
My boyfriend buyed me a dress the 10th of november, we are the 23th of february, its been three month, we have send multiples emails (one in december when it didn't came in time, one in january and one last week) to ask when would the product be shipped and never got answer, and we couldn't be refunded either
While I acknowledge that the quality of the items could still be an issue, I have mostly seen positive feedback. However, the customer service is outstanding. I placed a large order and was kept informed about the status of my outfits throughout the process. I reached out multiple times via email, and each time I received clear updates on my products, including estimated completion times, which was crucial for me to ensure timely delivery. They even informed me about which outfit was causing a delay and offered to refund or cancel parts of my order to ensure my outfits arrived on schedule.
I reached out to the seller multiple times regarding sizing for costumes I wanted to buy. Each time, I provided my exact measurements and clearly requested advice on standard sizes, not custom options. Yet, the replies I received were generic suggestions for custom sizing, often lacking detail and completely ignoring my queries. Each time I contacted them, I hoped for helpful guidance, but instead encountered indifference and pressure to spend more. I found costumes I genuinely wanted, but their lack of care and proper assistance left me unable to make any purchases. It was frustrating and disappointing. It seems they are more focused on upselling than on customer satisfaction, which ruined what could have been an exciting experience. I will seek alternatives.

This shop has been my go-to since I started cosplaying during the pandemic. I have been consistently happy with every order I've placed. From wigs to outfits and accessories, every detail has been impressive, and the materials usually hold up well during long wear. Their customer service is fantastic, and they quickly resolve any issues I encounter. The only downside is that I can't return items that don't fit, so make sure to check the sizing charts before buying! Overall, this shop has been part of my cosplay journey from the beginning, and I continue to enjoy cosplaying now as a mom. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone passionate about cosplay.
