Trendy leather jackets is quick to respond with no BS. The jacket is good in quality aswell as fancy as i wanted. I would definitely do business with you guys again.

I customed ordered the leather fringe jacket that you guys promoted and its fits perfectly fine. The only thing i didn’t expect was that the jacket color turned out a bit dull than the sample i received earlier. Anyway love the built quality and customer support. Thanks Ashley and your company TLJ. Will do business again!
I bought the Quilted Leater Jacket 2 months back, its the most amazing jacket with a life of its own love this jacket, Christopher was superb and helpful with sizing, buy with confidence here, a company that understands customer service.
I bought a coat for my wife. It came and did not fit so we asked to return it for a refund. They questioned why it did not fit, I sent an explanation and pictures. Since they have a 30 day return policy I thought it would be easy, but no. they said their return warehouse was having a problem and offered a discount. I refused because the coat did not fit.
If I could give a zero or negative rating I would. These people are a bunch of Scammers and liers! The website will promise you a delivery date that’s untrue. They’ll tell you the product has shipped when it hasn’t. The jacket sizing is completely inaccurate. When I attempted to return the jacket they kept stringing me along asking for various pictures of the jacket, of me wearing the jacket, pictures of the tags pictures of the label. They still have not sent me return instructions and it’s been nearly a month.
I ordered on October 17th, 2025, and this company has been giving me the run around. I’ve sent them multiple emails, and they kept giving the excuse it was because of the Halloween rush! today is now December 9th, 2025 and it has been almost 2 months since my order date, this company has now stopped communicating with me at all. Very disappointed! They kept telling me my order was scheduled to ship on a weeklyBasis, and I would check the progress. But nope! It has never shipped! Almost 2 months later, they have completely stopped communicating with me. I do not recommend buying from this company, I Wish I could give them a big fat ZERO rating!!
