We did Unbeatable Japan
Feb 16, 2026 - Feb 25, 2026.
It was fantastic! The trip was really well organised so we got to see a lot in a short period of time. Our tour guide was called Dragon and he was brilliant! He was always very helpful and had a great deal of knowledge which he shared with us throughout the trip. We were very lucky to have him as our guide as he did such a good job.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is considering travelling to Japan as it was a stress free way to see a new country.

This was our second trip with trip a deal. I could not fault it. First one was the Yellowstone and Alaska and now Japan. Both time our guides were fabulous Kira and now Dragon. Full of knowledge and very helpful. Trip was well planned and hotels were conveniently located.

My friend Sophie and I went on the Unbeatable Japan tour with tour guides Dragon and Blair. They were helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and super organised. They made the trip a real pleasure. The trip was great value for money and we had a well balanced program of activities, information and down time if we wanted it. Trip A Deal sent information in plenty of time and the tour information was really helpful. I would definitely go on another Trip A Deal holiday. The optional tours were well planned and we loved watching the Sumo wrestling training and the day tour to Hiroshima. Patricia

Very happy with our 10 day South African trip. Our flights from Perth were with Singapore Airlines (my favourite!), with only a 3 hour layover in Singapore which was perfect. Coming back was just as easy - although the flight from Cape Town stops at Jo’burg for an hour
Our 3 days at Kruger (1 full day tour and 2 x 1/2 day tours) were amazing, we saw a lot more animals than we expected to - and the lodge we stayed at was very comfortable.
Then the 4 nights in Cape Town were fantastic too. The hotel was excellent and the two tours we went on were very interesting and enjoyable.
Definitely recommend this for the price - 2 people for AUD7,000 including all flights really can’t be beaten.
This was a taster of Africa for us and we definitely want to go back for more.

Disappointing experience with the service

We were charged over $8000 in initial fees for a train experience. Subsequently, our flights were booked without our input, resulting in three out of five being night flights, including a 15-hour journey from Singapore to Zurich departing at 1:30 AM. When we requested to switch to an earlier flight or consider morning departures via Frankfurt, they were unhelpful and mentioned their business model relied on low-cost flights. We ended up canceling everything but haven't received any refund. It seems we've lost our money. Just a warning to others.

cheap lousy flights between midnight and 6 am

Tripadeal charged us over $8000 initial fee for their swiss train experience. Then they booked our flights without any input from us and it turned out we had been given 3 out of 5 night flights with one 15 hour flight from singapore departing to zurich at 1.30 AM. When we asked if we could change to an earlier flight or to go via frankfurt which has morning departures they refused to help us and muttered something about their business model being built on cheap flights. We cancelled the whole thing but are yet to see any refund. We are resigned to having lost all our money. Be warned.

One star is too many

One star is too many, I would gladly zero it.Paid what was indicated as the full amount on points and then find out that I still had 2.5 k AUD to pay.Tried to get my points back or even tried to downgrade the room of the booking.Totally inflexible and said the only way to downgrade was cancel and book again and still lose 237,000 points.I had to cancel as it was out of my reach, I would never use or recommend them again.

TripADeal Vietnam & Cambodia 2025

It gives me great pleasure to write this review after just returning from a TripADeal – Vietnam & Cambodia trip, 2025. I must acknowledge that from the time I meet our fellow adventurers (21 Trippers in total) and my tour leader in Hoi Chi Minh City, our trip was fantastic. TripADeal should be commended on the selection of their tour Leaders, as all 5 tour leaders were extremely passionate and devoted to excelling in making our trip the most cherishing experience. We experienced their individual personally approach of educating us about their family structures and we were even all invited to one’s home for a family lunch, prepared and presented by Tom’s (Tourist Leader) wife. TripADeal should ensure their retainers for these 5 Tour Leaders are constantly reviewed, as they are a major asset to their produce. Also, we can’t forget the amazing bus drivers who navigated through the extreme traffic conditions. They were constantly praised, by our Trippers for their ability to arrive at our 4/5-star hotels safely. In summary, TripADeal provided a fantastic platform for Trippers to feel comfortable to spent time in meeting fellow Trippers. This platform allowed people to be part of group who expressed each other’s thoughts on travelling to foreign countries without concerning themselves about daily travel arrangements. I look forward to the next TripADeal experience.

Inflexible, high cost, excessive fees

It it were possible I would Trip a deal 0. High charges for for ay changes. Inflexible conditions. Make sure you read the fine print and check hotel ratings as these are self rated. The staff at the coal face are good, however not empowered have to deal with with rigid conditions and have to refer to another area for modifying anything. Safe the angst, book the holiday yourself. Minimum time to make a discoing and pay the extra or lose the money already paid.

Booking was relatively easy and got a phone call within 24 hours asking a couple of questions to complete booking. Had to call them back as I missed a call. This was a little painful as the wait was long but eventually got to speak to consultant who was very helpful. Deposit was made by my Financial firm Frontier Invest Corp as they are the one sponsoring my tour and confirmation along with itinerary was emailed within the next 24 hours.Hope our trip goes just as smoothly.
