Be very careful, this site is not official site and the correct place to apply for UK visa.
I had the expierence in january. I got a flash on my screen, where they took 227 USD from my account. The apply process wasnt even completed,as i stopped it immidiately, I contacted company both on their email and on refundpage on their web - so far i didnt get any reaction what so ever.
I have of course through my bank now made official regres action towards this company.
SCAM! they don´t show the price until the end and charge you extra fee.
In the next mail they ask me for picture of the main page of my passport, so I canceled the order and they send me two emails, they will return money in 5-7 days. I also claim the transaction via my bank. Hopefully Ill got the money back.

SCAM alert! Google ads recommended this website. On the website you're asked to pay 19,95, but on the credit card withdrawal it will ask for a payment of '119,95'- a hundred euros more! Book throught the official uk government website. An eta costs about 16 pounds.
