Used Triphobo after hearing it from a friend to plan my honeymoon. I loved the customization options available in the planner. The best feature I felt was the ability to add any place from Google in your plan if it was not available with them, really useful. We also ended up booking a Private tour of Ubud which was again quite enjoyable. Would surely recommend them.
Spammy Web site with multiple windows opening in the background without user's knowledge, 23 hidden user trackers (yeah, 23!), and 13 cookies planted on my machine! Stay away from this spammy site! Some windows re-appeared when I reopened Safari. I had to clear user history and run CCleaner to clean all that garbage. Stay away!!!
Very comfortable and informative tour. Convenient hop on hop off at locations where it would have been hard to find parking and figure out things yourself. Pace was good. Tour guide was a friendly local with good world travel experience.
The hop on hop off bus was great. Stops make it getting around the city easy. Sometimes we would have to wait for at least two busses as every time they wasn’t room for us to get on. Boston also will not them post where stops are so this makes it a bit of a guessing game.
Actually, I thought the idea of having hop on - hop off transportation was great. However, signing up for two senior riders wasn't possible. It kept saying 1 adult had to be added. We are adults so why wouldn't I be able to get discounts for two senior riders - that was frustrating. Then the day I purchased the tickets for, it rained and the only seats left were wet and cold and I wasn't about to sit on a wet seat in the rain for a tour around Vancouver Island. We had to walk all the way back from Chinatown to our hotel in the harbour. Thank goodness we brought our umbrellas, but the walk back caused my ankle to swell and my sister's knees to hurt. This was a surprise birthday trip for her and I hoped everything would have been perfect. So I know weather can't be helped, but a fully covered bus on a rainy day would be appreciated. We hardly got to see Victoria as planned, therefore only a 2 star rating is generous for Big Bus.
We booked the shuttle from Windsor Castle to Hampton Court Palace. I highly recommend it. It allowed me to visit both in the same day without worrying about transportation. The shuttle was easy to find and timely, and helped me maximize my day.
