had a request to postpone a booking, called their hotline but never received a call back nor email response. Was a bit angry at first.then a few days later I received a call and a friendly woman confirmed the date change. Great customer services, although it required a bit of a push. In either case thanks to the team for making this possible.
As I only had the tickets on my phone we nearly never got on the trip we were to take. The girl was very good and sorted it all out for us after saying we would have to pay again. No were on the phone tickets does it say you need a paper copy . Plus we could not of got one as we were already on holiday.
