Nice hotel and friendly staff

Nice hotel and friendly staff. In our room there were two beds with wheels, so sometimes beds moved apart even when we wanted them to be next to each other. Breakfast was good, but I would have just hoped more vegan options. Sometimes waitress took our plate too quickly away, and I worry to waste any food. Pool areas were great.

Customer service was terrible.

Customer service was terrible.. my partner tested positive for covid on the morning of the trip and they wouldn’t change our date or give us a refund.👎🏼

Great customer service and communication. Follow up call confirmation, emails, WhatsApp messages for purchase of your tickets. Will use again and can't wait for the trip

Booked a Spa day with them first class service Great communication with them This place is a hidden gem, spent 2 and 1/2 hours there and will definitely be a returning customer to Aqua Spa and would use Trip Tenerife

The spa was fantastic and we would recommend it. However, they did not have our reservation upon arriving and so it took about 15 minutes to check in and show the relevant documentation (covid passport and ID).
