Excellent customer service & a fantastic trip. My only criticism is that the website should not allow you to book if the trip is not running from your area, hence the 4 stars. Everything was brilliant & I would fully recommend this company.
Got same day tickets for Siam park, the QR code didn't come due to technical problems. The staff at trip Tenerife was helpful when I phoned and I received the QR code after a short wait at Siam park. It could only have been improved by informing us beforehand that there was a problem as we were at first worried that we would not receive the tickets at all.
I visited the volcano El Teide from Santa Cruz. Travelers should check the weather channel if they want to make sure of visibility. Above the clouds is the best.All in all, a great trip with a cool guide (José) who spoke 3 languages fluently. No snacks or treats so pack some of your own.The agency is very helpful and they make sure they give all necesary details. They also delivered the promised.
