My daughter had fun. Me and my husband as well. They came to pick us up and brought back to our hotel. The only thing i was not satisfied is that we had no picture souvenir of our karting experience because taking pictures was not allowed and the person on the picture souvenir was not there that day.
Excellent customer service! We were able to book the Teida by Night tour last minute on the day of booking. The representative went above and beyond to help us get this booking after another company cancelled on us. The tour was great - Pepe our tour guide was super knowledgeable and had a very good sense of humour. Despite it being the coldest day and night, and clouds that were higher than expected, we still managed to see the sunset and stargazed. Pepe and Martin (the driver) ensured that we got what we paid for! Highly recommend!
Boat lovely, clean and route great. Saw numerous dolphins which was great. What let this down was the lack of communication from the guide...he barely said 3 words. No one knew why we had stopped....turned out it was an area to see dolphins. No one knew we could have drinks or a sandwich or where the toilet was. Better communication would have made this much better
