Trip transfer staff are wonderful to work with. They are responsive and accommodating to your needs. We booked trip transfer for our 3 days in Lucerne area before our cruise. We are a group of eight traveling and our driver Georgi is amazing, courteous and responsible driver. Georgi is respectful and attentive. Georgi guided us to see beautiful lakes in Jungaru area and tourist town attractions as well as beautiful majesty snow covered mountains. Will definitely use again and highly recommend trip transfer.

Our driver Pavel picked us up from the hotel accomodation and drove us to the best spots around Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Murren. His car was absolutely clean and he provided us with refreshing mineral water bottles to hydrate ourselves. The tour was customizable and we were not rushed or hurried at all. Pavel was very polite and friendly, he showed us many waterfalls around Interlaken and also took us to a scenic drive around the mountains. We did the day trip from Lucerne to Interlaken, Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. Pavel and Nicky were wonderful tour guides. The vehicle was clean and comfortable- they offered a lot of options and insights and we had a great day! Even ended up scheduling a second day for Zurich:)
Our transfer from Zurich airport was really great. Pavel our driver had to wait a long time for us to get out of the airport and he was very friendly and helpful with information. He got us to our destination quickly and efficiently , and he was very professional. I would hire them again!
