I have just collected a Land Rover Discovery from Cars 2 and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have dealt with Cars 2 for approaching 19 years and have had many vehicles from them, my latest purchase is the best vehicle I have had from them so far. I would have no hesitation recommending Cars 2 to friends and family. Thank you for another four years of enjoyable motoring.
I bought a brand new vehicle from a local dealership, and it has been a series of problems since I picked it up. Initially, they addressed some faults, but new issues appeared as soon as I got it home. I returned it for repairs, yet it faced more problems shortly after. Since September 2025, this has been the worst car I've owned. There are persistent electrical issues, including a malfunctioning key fob that still doesn't operate. As of today, January 2026, I'm waiting for roadside assistance because the car won't unlock; the lights activate, but nothing happens. The charger is also stuck. The dealership seems uninterested in resolving my issues; they dismissed my complaint, and now it's escalated to the relevant authority.
We purchased two new vehicles last year and were initially satisfied with the deals and service. However, the service experience was disappointing. The staff were uninterested and provided minimal information. I learned they were no longer a dealer for the brand after booking. They claimed to have tried to reach me but didn’t follow through, despite having my contact details. I’m still waiting for a callback from the service team. Fortunately, another dealership has stepped in to assist me moving forward.

Review for a related dealership - they failed to disclose issues with a vehicle I reserved, including scuffed alloy wheels and damage inside the door. They did not adjust the price accordingly. I left feeling distrustful of this dealership.
I expressed concerns about delays in my vehicle purchase and after-sales care. I received a call from my salesperson who sincerely apologized, which I truly appreciated. However, a follow-up from a customer service manager was less satisfactory. He offered a goodwill gesture but then asked me to remove the review, which I couldn't guarantee. His tone shifted to cold and dismissive after that. There are multiple accounts of similar experiences with this representative. It's clear he should not be in a customer-facing role.
I had a service at the local branch, and they failed to replace my air cabin filter. How can I trust their work? Should every customer have to verify everything post-service? They also didn't reattach the under tray as they should have. I'm very dissatisfied. They seem indifferent to customer care.
