From start to finish, everything was incredibly smooth and well organised. Communication with the team was quick, clear and super easy. Our driver Pavel was absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and even took the time to collect an item we had accidentally left behind at our hotel, which we were so grateful for.The car was modern, spacious and comfortable. Ok, if you are in need of the most reliable and courteous car service you can get, this is your lucky day! My wife and I needed to get from Zurich to Zermatt with a tight time line. Pavel was at the airport exactly when we arrived, even though our flight way delayed. The car was very nice and all of our luggage fit perfectly. I had a snowboard bag that I’m sure some cars would not be able to accommodate. We were at our destination before I knew it! What a great choice it was to use Triptransfer!!
