This company is highly untrustworthy. They claim to provide premium hotel rooms in various locations, but in reality, they take rental payments without delivering on their promises. Customers often never see their money again, and the room conditions are far below what was advertised. Legal recourse is nearly impossible due to the involvement of larger firms across different countries. A friend and I recently checked one of these rooms, and it was in terrible condition. Many others have also been deceived into making substantial payments. Proceed with caution—avoid purchasing or renting from them.
The service is a complete scam. They falsely advertise premium hotel rooms in various countries and then fail to return any of the rent paid for those rooms. The conditions of the rooms are much worse than what is advertised, and buyers have no recourse in court due to the complex legalities involving larger firms. A friend and I recently visited a room and found it in terrible shape. There are at least a hundred people who have been tricked into paying large sums. Essentially, be cautious, avoid buying, and do not rent from them.
We chose this hotel for its budget-friendly rates near Gatwick, and it delivered just that. It’s a very basic place – the rooms are simple and the carpets are not well-fitted, with noticeable lumps. However, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and crisp, ensuring a good night's sleep. A big thanks to the gentleman at the front desk, who was very kind and helpful – definitely a highlight of our stay. Just a heads-up about transportation – although it's only 6 miles from the airport, our taxi cost £50, which was a surprise. In retrospect, booking a hotel directly at Gatwick might have been more economical considering the extra cost. Still, for the price we paid, it was good value – hence the five stars. Just know what to expect, and it serves its purpose.
PRO: Affordable at £60 per night. However, the location is on the Gatwick flight path, so if you’re a light sleeper, it might not be ideal. On the downside, the hotel is outdated, with peeling wallpaper, scuffed furniture, and some mold in the bathroom, plus a wobbly toilet seat. I didn’t check the bed, but overall, it appeared reasonably clean. It served its purpose, and if I were alone, I might consider staying again at that price.
I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with this hotel. Upon arrival—having booked and paid in advance—I found the reception completely empty. There were no staff, no instructions, and no way to check in. I was left stranded outside until 5 am with no options. This was my first visit to the area and I was unfamiliar with it. To make matters worse, my phone had died, leaving me without navigation or means to find alternative accommodations. It was an incredibly stressful situation. The absence of staff raises serious safety concerns—what if there were an emergency? This not only wasted my money but was also a deeply troubling experience. I truly hope management addresses these issues to prevent this from affecting others.
This service is completely untrustworthy. I booked a room in April for September and paid the flexible room rate. Due to a change in my situation, I had to cancel, and they are now denying my refund, claiming it was for a non-refundable rate. I have evidence of their website showing the refundable rate I paid. I believe I entered into a contract for a room at their advertised flexible price, which they are now refusing to honor.
Our stay at Trivelles Regency in Nottingham was very disappointing. On the first night, there were silverfish in the bed, forcing us to switch rooms. After moving, someone entered our locked room during the night. When reported, the reception suggested it might be a painter working late, which made it impossible to sleep. The second night was equally troubling with noise from other guests running and playing loud music until 3:30 am. I had two sleepless nights there and will not return or recommend it to anyone.
This hotel is the most disgusting place I’ve ever encountered. (Pictures available on review sites) I expected little as we booked last minute for £105, but I wouldn't even pay £5 for it. We arrived at 3 pm as instructed, only to find a long queue with one staff member. The reception area was dirty, and after 25 minutes, we checked into a room that was not cleaned at all. There was food and trash on the floor. I returned to reception and was told to rejoin the queue. After another long wait, I asked for a refund but was denied and given another room instead. This one had vomit stains and was in terrible condition. After inspecting it, we decided to leave. I returned the keys and informed the staff that I would contact a third-party service for a refund. They apologized but refused to assist further. DO NOT STAY HERE; it is truly disgraceful.
As a wheelchair user, I arrived to find no kettle or phone in my room. I had to go back to reception for a kettle, but still had no phone, which meant I needed to return to reception for anything I needed. The air conditioning was poor, and the fan made a loud noise when turned on. I had to disassemble it to fix it. I couldn't get hot water in the shower, resulting in a cold shower. The view from the window was just a brick wall. The overall environment felt prison-like. The pillows were uncomfortable, and the TV had no guide option, making it tedious to find channels. The Wi-Fi was slow. I would not recommend this place.
