Fantastic Service and a lovely item which was a gift and my cousin loves it. I accidently included my address as the delivery address on the order. I emailed the help desk and they responded out of hours and changed the address, no issue at all. Wonderful customer service
Tropical glass are a fantastic company, miles above their competitors in terms of quality and service!I’ve ordered various kits, plants and accessories from these guys, and I can’t fault them one bit. Terrarium kits I’ve ordered elsewhere can’t compete with the quality you get from tropical glass.Any issues that might occur are resolved so quickly, and with such ease. Katie at customer service is phenomenal, you can rest assured that your order is in safe hands.Honestly cannot recommend them enough, certain parts might be slightly more on the expensive side than elsewhere, but I promise you, you’re getting what you pay for.
We've ordered a few things from Tropical Glass now, and they've always been fantastic. I dealt with Katie on this last order of a small terrarium kit and she was really helpful. The kit arrived in perfect condition and the plants are lovely. Our existing large main terrarium is still going great after a 2 or 3 years now. No problem thoroughly recommending them to anyone.
I ordered the Barcelona terrarium with the set of small tools. This was a Christmas present for a friend. The delivery time was super fast and the whole kit was very well packed. This kit comes with five plants which all look really health. The terrain has now been set up and it looks just as good as the picture on the website🙂 would I recommend this supplier? Yes, most certainly!
