At first i called. I had to make sure it was a real company and the person i spoke to was very understanding and answered all my dumb questions. 😆Ordering was easy. And fast. They even offered a military discount. Thank you for that! I really loved that it was a made to order item to fit my truck perfectly. I also love that it's a USA product made in a state not far from me. So that makes it Local-ish. Good enough for me! 😁 Unfortunately it was a little later than expected but they kept me informed. When I received the cover/topper the instructions seemed a little wrong or outdated for my exact topper. But we figured it out and it wasn't very difficult. I live in Oregon where it rains alot. So far the topper has been on my truck through some very heavy rains and flooding for the last few months and amazingly it has only gotten a couple drops of water on the inside. I do many bazaars because I make lots of things. And I was able to leave my truck full of my items and they stayed dry. Thank you for an amazing product. I'm forever grateful!
