Service and delivery were great. However the concept of the high and low beams in one bulb leave a lot to be desired. Much prefer a separate bulb for for the high and low beams.

Xtreme Vision D2S-Phillips

The bulbs seem authentic and the buying experience was smooth. Communication was also a nice gesture as replies were generous and all my questions were answered. If there is an area of opportunity, it would be in the authentication of the bulb. Since fake bulbs are a real concern, there should be a way to ensure they are 100% authentic. The Philips website was not supporting the code on the box and the QR code took me to a suspended website. Also, an email was sent to Philips but they never responded and when I called the 800# I was told that the green packaged bulbs aren't meant for the US and since they're imported, they can't confirm the bulbs authenticity .Just seems very odd. The boxes for the bulbs can be opened easier than a cereal box which leaves room for error and when paying between $150-$160 for 2 bulbs, yeah, it'd be nice to know you are getting a legitimate product. The only way to get this "warm and fuzzy" guarantee is to take someone's word for it and let's face it, it's 2025. Not the best day and age for this. Again, quite simply an area of opportunity. Besides this, great bulbs, great seller and would buy from HID Concept again.

Exact Osram OEM replacement bulbs for an unbelievably good price. Customer service guy was a wealth of knowledge and was happy to chat for 15+ minutes!
