Avoid this service at all costs!

I strongly advise against booking with this service, as they appear to be dishonest. I reserved a vehicle for a month and paid 47k INR after discussing with a representative. Now, they are ignoring my calls and not responding to my messages on WhatsApp, even though I can see they are reading them. I plan to report this matter to the authorities. Please steer clear of them.

Extremely disappointing service

Extremely disappointing service. The vehicle I booked did not arrive on time, and no refund was provided. Additionally, the refund for my prior deposit has not been settled for over 45 days.

One of the best rental experiences I've had

One of the best rental experiences I've had in the city. I've booked three times, and each time the vehicle was in excellent condition with no issues during the trip. I usually receive my refund within 24-36 hours. (I recommend paying the deposit via UPI). Overall, a great experience with no problems so far. I will definitely rent from them again!
