I had my eye on a Tag Heuer Carrera for quite some time and came across one on Truefacet's website. Customer service was super helpful while attending to my inquiries. Shipping was fast and securely packaged along with everything mentioned in the product listing details. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again in the future!
We have used TrueFacet twice to purchase watches and both times the watches have come in perfect condition and the customer service has been unmatched. For the most recent purchase, I wanted to buy my husband a Rolex for our wedding. I was searching for the perfect watch for a few months and had given up, but one week before our wedding the model he wanted never worn came on the site and I was so excited to buy it. Unfortunately, it would not arrive in time for the wedding based on current estimates so I emailed TrueFacet support and Shawn emailed back immediately to help me get the watch on time (even earlier than he initially quoted!) all with ease. I will never forget the look on my husbands face when he opened the watch, and I have Shawn/TrueFacet for the memory and a timepiece he will have forever.
I ordered a watch for my wife's birthday. After seven business days, still not shipped. I called customer service and was informed they do not have the watch yet to be authenticated. Why are they listing items they don't have in stock? This will most likely be my last purchase from TrueFacet. Very disappointed. UPDATE: The item was sold (consignment with TrueFacet, not disclosed to me in advance) out from under me. We will now see if they are going to make it right.
