I have dealt with many, many online vendors over the years but I must say that my recent experience with Truefacet has been above and beyond my expectations. They are an unbelievable company and I recommend them to everyone looking to purchase a watch or piece of jewlery.I ordered a Rolex watch and unfortunately the wrong model arrived. I reached out to customer service and they immediately acknowledged the error, apologized profusely, and proceeded to bend over backwards to make it right. They were in constant communication with me, sent me a prepaid label even working after hours to return the incorrect watch immediately, and quickly shipped out the correct watch. They even went so far to tell me when I would get my watch and supplied me with pictures of the watch before shipping in order for me to feel confident that what I ordered was indeed being correctly shipped out.Unlike most vendors, especially nowadays, I did not have to chase after Truefacet and despite the initial problem I feel completely satisfied with how the situation was resolved. I could not be happier with the customer service I received and throughout the process I was made to feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend Truefacet and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. This is my second watch purchase from Truefacet and I have also referred my brother, who also purchased a watch. All three experiences have been wonderful. I highly recommend them! I honestly got on a wrong foot with TrueFacet. I purchased a high-end Rolex watch from them and had my doubts. But because I watched several YouTube watch reviews, I learned that they are legitimate. So I gave it a go. 2 weeks past, still no watch. I was beginning to be anxious. Finally, on the 3rd week and 5 phone calls to their corporate line, the watch arrived. As expected, it was 100% authentic. The reason it took a while was because they are authenticating the item before shipping out the item. Fair enough. I just wish they’d tell you which step of the process the order is in. In any case, I’m delighted with my watch. However, the 2nd hiccup began. It was missing a link (did not fit me right away) and did not have the original box. So I, again, called and emailed them. Fortunately, the one to whom i’ve spoken to several times, Glen, was the one who mainly assisted me along with Hetal. They were gracious enough to offer me a link. But since I needed to wear the watch right away, I did not press on it and instead sourced it from my local jeweler who happened to have the link I needed the same day. The Rolex box, I just got FedEx tracking number today that it has been shipped and I did not pay a dime. Of course i’m happy with that. Kudos!Overall, would I recommend them? Absolutely YES. Is it a perfect transaction? NO. But they pulled through by providing this back-end stellar customer service — shoutout to Glen! Will I be buying more from them? I am now in the process of acquiring a new piece from them as we speak. Are there improvements to be made? See my 2 wishes below:My two wishes for them to make it a truly incredible experience? I wish they would update the client every step of the way instead of the confirmation email and the shipping info (which has an interval of 2 weeks). This is my second Rolex that I have bought with True Facet and I cannot be more pleased both with the customer service, short delivery time and tremendous value. The selection of Rolex's is unparalled to any site. (And I did my research!) I was looking for a pre-owned Datejust watch and ended up finding a brand new Datejust II for less than a pre-owned. The Rolex store in PA didn't even bother to return my call when I was ready to buy a brand new one. (Clearly they lost the sale!) Needless to say, I'll be shopping here again for my next one - Preowned or NEW!
I bought an Hermes watch and Cartier ring from TrueFacet. They arrived quickly and I'm happy with both of them. I hadn't bought any luxury consignment before, so I was concerned about the possibility of fakes, but I was able to have everything authenticated upon arrival.
