I discovered Truefacet from doing a Google search and I am very happy with my decision to but with them. This is an excellent customer service and company! I could not be more pleased with my purchase that I made. I will definitely do business with them again in the near future for my buying and selling of jewelry.
Recently bought my second Omega (a Seamaster GMT) from True Facet and once again it was an excellent experience. The watch arrived quickly, was as advertised, and the price I paid was very fair. I am now a regular browser of their website and am sure I'll purchase another timepiece this year.
Ordered a watch and was able to take advantage of a discount offered site-wide. The watch was pre-owned but in great shape. This is the second watch I have purchased from TrueFacet. Each purchase went quite well. I would use them again for further watch or jewelry purchases.
I’m very unhappy with the whole process. The item was not shipped in a timely manner as stated. When I received the product it did not have the original box or paperwork as stated. The watch did not look brand new.I have lost full trust in Truefacet, this has been an unpleasant experience
