Bought a never worn Cartier love bracelet from them which took over a month to get. The bracelet was over 16 years old and had been sent for polishing at least once. Sent it back to them and they accused me of scratching the bracelet. They said they would get a brand new one or issue a refund, but nether happened so I had to have my CC company reverse the charges. Customer service was challenging to get a hold of throughout the experience. I bought once from them before but never again.
The level of professionalism, attention to detail & quickness to serve is unmatched. I’ve purchased time pieces from other websites in the past, but TF is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The pictures on the website do no justice. I purchased the Rolex DayDate and the pictures looked nice online. When I received it via their fast delivery method (FedEx), .. it was 10x’s better than I imagined. Thank you again TrueFacet for making my dreams of owning such a great timepiece come true!
I placed an order in mid-November (as a Christmas gift) but the order was significantly delayed (an extra month) due to them receiving the wrong size. Rather than cancel the order and refund my money they bought a brand new item directly from the luxury brand and shipped it to me overnight. Wife loves the item (and it was expensive)!
I purchased a Cartier tank watch on Truefacet in March 2023. The watch I received was not the watch that was on the website. I returned the watch thinking this was an honest mistake and informed the company that I had received a watch different from the one that was on the site. I ordered another watch from the site in replacement of the watch I had ordered. Again, I received a watch that was not the watch on the website. I contacted the company and again returned the watch. The prices were good, so I thought I would give it one last attempt. I ordered another watch from the site. I waited over one month and received nothing. I contacted the company and was told that the watch would be shipped at the end of the week. Two weeks later when I contacted the company, I was told the watch would be shipped at the end of the week. Two weeks later, I asked for a refund.
