Absolute shambles from the start to finish. They have recommended me a size up shirts just to make sure. They have arrived after two or three weeks and they are made from the cheapest material made in China. Even though I ordered a size up, the shirts were too short to the point that I wasn't able to tuck them into my trousers. I complained, and was given some silly options, but not an option of a full refund, unless I paid for the return, and the return? You've guessed... to CHINA!
4/5!! I ordered 5 shirts from Trueformwear. LOVE the quality and the fit based on their recommended sizing. I feel really confident in the lookm style, and color options! Unfortunately double ordered one color and Customer Service offered to replace the shirt with a new color for free-which was so kind! The entire experience would receive a 5 but shipping is taking too long. It took around a month for shirts (which I was warned about head of time) and I have not yet received the new shirt. This won't deter my future ordering but something to note.
Bought some trousers, they took over 4 weeks to be delivered. When they did the quality was poor so I asked to return. I had to ask 5 times for a return address. I paid for the postage to return and never received a refund for the trousers. They were so difficult to deal with, wasted my time and I never got my money back.
