Review Time
I had a terrible experience with customer service! I ordered three shirts based on their sizing chart, but they were all too small. The shipping took an eternity from overseas. I tried reaching out via email and phone with no success. After posting a review on social media, I finally received a response offering either one shirt or a 20% refund! Giving one star feels overly generous! I can't comment on the shirts' quality since I haven't received anything usable. Save your money and shop elsewhere!
I ordered three XL shirts, which is my usual size, but they were too big. I requested an exchange for a large, and the company generously allowed me to keep the original items while sending me a new batch in the correct size. That’s excellent customer service! Thank you!
Scam artists. Ordered 3 shirts on multipack buy expecting greatness. Shirts not as advertised. didn't fit properly. I have sent over 20 emails to the listed email on their website, but no answers at all totaly rafio silence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS THEYRE RETURNS POLICY IS SCAM THEIR SUPPORT IS SCAM THEIR EVERYTHING IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!!GIVE ME MY MOMEY BACK!!!
Fabulous customer service, my son ordered two t-shirts and they were too snug, Trueformwear responded instantly to my email request to exchange and went further to offer two new larger tops for free. Amazing! Thank you Trueformwear he received them and they're perfect.
I wish I had done some check on this website beforehand. Avoid this company like the plague. Customer Service is literally non-existence. No one will reply back to messages. I will try and claim back my money from the bank. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND A POXY DROPSHIP COMPANY THAT USES SHOPIFY TO HOST THEIR WEBSITE.

I called credit card and initiated a charge back but nothing yet, might have lost £60 on the shirts and £30 on returning this back, yes £30 for returns!!!
