If this is Truefords shirts then don’t bother. Just a marketing scam. Shirt arrived very creased and smelled of cigarette smoke and musty smell. Not pleasent. Collars are soft and not suitable for tie. Scam operation

After posting a review on social media, someone finally got in touch, offering either one shirt or a 20% refund! One star feels overly generous! I can't comment on the shirt quality since I haven't received anything usable. Save your money and consider other options!
These button-down shirts are fantastic! Even better, my partner loves how I look in them. I have a medium muscular build at 5'11 and around 180 lbs, and these fit snugly around my chest, shoulders, and arms, accentuating my physique. The material has a silky appearance but is stretchy. I encountered a minor issue on the website regarding sizing but contacted support, and they resolved it. Shipping is a bit slower compared to some larger platforms, but I appreciate supporting a smaller company.

This company has awful service! They misled me, and it took a month to receive my items. I never even opened them since I had to buy a shirt elsewhere for family photos due to the long shipping time. When I tried to return them, the phone number was out of service, and it took ages for anyone to respond to my emails. They offered me a 30% refund and a discount on a future purchase just to go away. I insisted on a full refund, but they said I had to pay for shipping to return them overseas. Their site claims to be based locally and offers 'easy refunds,' which is completely misleading. Dealing with them is anything but easy. Stay far away!
I've been trying for weeks to reach someone about a return or exchange because the shirts were the wrong size. Initially, they asked for a picture of the shirts and the shipping label, which I provided, but then I heard nothing back. I would never recommend this company to anyone; it feels like a total scam, just like others who rated them one star.
I saw an ad on social media that looked amazing. I had a wedding in a month, and it promised delivery in 6-12 days. Six weeks later, I still haven’t received the shirt. I had to buy another shirt for the wedding. When I contacted customer service, they sent an email saying the carrier was 'urgently' out for delivery. They clearly know how to use the word 'urgent' to ease concerns. Please don’t fall for it. I hope others read reviews before they buy.
