True Sea Moss is by far the best form of sea moss I have had in a very long time. The consistency, the customer service and the Taste are 10/10. From the flavors that I keep on hand, and believe me it is a lot, are all so delicious but not only are they good to taste, they are so beneficial. I would say try it and stay consistent with taking it every day and you will definitely see and feel a difference. I initially started taking it for one issue and it helped with others as well.
