Review Time
My first and only experience was that great. I was online trying to exchange the flavor of my order and wasn’t able to. I selected a new flavor and was sent another order along with the order I was trying to change . So I had two separate orders. When I called as soon as the orders went in I was told the orders had shipped already. So I am not happy with not being able to call and have the orders changed within a few minutes. Also there should be a way for customers to select if they want auto ship or not.
Horrific AI/bot customer service that can't do something as simple as find my account/order after asking me to provide multiple information such as screenshot of the order confirmation email, my email address, etc. I emailed them for tracking information as it's been weeks and I haven't received my order or tracking information. I have yet to hear from a real human on their team and yet to receive a resolution and simple information on where my order is.
I placed an order from this company, "True Sea Moss" & for some reason they erroneously set my acct up for monthly subscriptions that I did NOT request. I'm having difficulty canceling their mistake. PLZ CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTIONS IMMEDIATELY. DO not ship any of your products to me unless I request you you!!! Myra Walton
I love the product overall, i recommend it to every friend and family. Service wise, I did not enjoy the transaction.The items took a while to ship, which I understand they can not control. But also after inquiring about tracking I received a timeline matter response but no tracking number just assurance it was in its way. When I received the order, the order included a free gift which I did not receive. The seamoss looked like it has been in the storage bag for longer than can be.
