My guard fit perfect

My guard fit perfect! Best mouthpiece on the market hands down. I noticed that some previous customers had complaints about customer service but this was not my experience. They even expedited my guard in time for upcoming tournament. Thank you!

If you lack basic customer service why would anyone order from this company?

I've been looking at ordering true fit for about a year now and have finally decided that I will not be doing it merely based on the fact that their customer service through email is absolute garbage... they don't honor or accurately post the correct prices that they advertise...they take forever to get back to you and when you tell them that it still doesn't work the promo they don't do anything about and they just stop replying to you... this is a total scam company and I'll just continue buying the ones on Amazon for a fraction of the cost

Waste of time and money

I saw the reviews of others and still wanted to give it a try. Did the impressions perfectly, matched the diagrams shown. After a week told me they were still too shallow. Pay more money for another kit or get partial refund. I chose refund. No reason it couldn't work and let's be honest, it doesn't provide better protection than any other brands out there. Don't bother.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM. They're a joke. if impressions not good charge you $15 for another set. If you cancel order they charge you $30 for the impressions that aren't good. What a scam!! stay away.

Poor customer service

Kat comes with two impressions, my first attempt was not good, but second met all of the criteria. I was notified that I needed to pay an additional fee for additional molds. When I asked about refund options, they simply gave me a partial refund and dismissed my emails requesting for an alternative solution. Would not recommend company out of principle, go with a sisu for a much cheaper slim guard or impact for a larger custom guard, both are cheaper anyway.

You receive a box with materials to make two impressions. I was unable to create the 2nd impression because the material crumbled in my hand. I contacted customer service and they said no problem they'd send out another. They sent me another full impression kit. I watched the video several times before taking the impressions. I took three impressions in total but the box will only accommodate two when sending it back. Next email I get is that neither impression is usable. They want $25 for another impression kit because they already sent me two kits. It's not my fault the product in the first kit crumbled. They refuse to issue me a full refund.
