I ordered the top sports mouthguard, and the process was fairly simple. The impressions were easy, but I'm glad they gave me two because I needed two tries. It took almost a month for them to create the mouth guard once they received my impressions, but it was worth the wait. I've been in sports all my life and this mouth guard is by far the best quality I've ever had. It feels great, I can easily speak, and it doesn't affect my breathing. I highly recommend the sports mouthguard if you don't mind waiting and understand that quality takes time.

It took 10 business days for the impressions to reach their lab. another 12 business days and I haven't heard anything, so I emailed customer service. they advertise the impressions are made it 3-5 days and the guards will be delivered in 12 business days. turns out that the impressions will be mailed out on the next business day. What an amazing coincidence that I'm sure had nothing to do with the email asking why it was taking so long.

Worst company I’ve seen in a long time. Sent them one perfect impression and one that had the smallest of issues.. they said at first that they had lab issues and that they were backed up when inquiring on the status of the mouthguard. I also sent them an email before they received the impressions that the impression 1 was perfectly usable. I don’t care what kind of company they think they are when you have one perfect impression…. You use that.. you don’t just stall the production by sending back another impression kit which is what they did and what they do to a ton of people you just don’t hear about it. I asked for a full refund cause I’m not gonna play that game with them.. these are way too expensive for the back and forth BS that their company puts on. Never would I recommend this company they are terrible and they do not have good customer service either they could care less about the emails you send or how good your impressions are. They don’t communicate that to production at all so when I told them to use impression 1 what did they do? Tried to use the bad impression 2? lol ridiculous pathetic sad excuse for a company for sure.

I learned about Trufit on Sharktank. I have have worn a night time mouthguard for a few years. I started with the generic guards that were not comfortable or very effective. I moved on to guards that were custom fit at home by boiling them and making an impression. These were OK but had a few limitations. They did not span to my back teeth which slowly caused movement of my back teeth similar to how a retainer works. They also irritated my gums at times and would trap things like Tums against my teeth if I took them in the middle of the night. The Trufit night mouthguard is very comfortable, does not contact my gums and spans all of my teeth. It has been less than a week but I already see an enormous difference. I'm much more comfortable and my wife doesn't even know it's in most of the time. The high grade plastic seems like it will last a long time. Trufit provides a good experience at a price much lower than most custom fit mouth guards. I will be purchasing from them in the future when I need a new mouth guard.
