I ordered a night guard about two months ago and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The ordering process was quick and easy, delivery was right on time, and the quality exceeded my expectations. It fits perfectly and feels very durable. Highly recommend!
My experience with this product has been stellar. The kit was easy to use with the assistance of the videos. When the guard returned to me, it fit perfectly with great tension but not to the point of discomfort or headaches. I use this guard for BJJ and it has been far, far superior to my former guard (Sisu brand). A common issue with thick guards is that your teeth may be protected but the external surfaces of the guard can have prominent edges that cause bleeding when you’re getting cross-faced or someone is going for an RNC, but TruFit guards do not have this issue because they’re so thin. I tell people I know who train seriously that this is the best guard you can get for comfort, the ability to communicate, and protection.
I agree with some of the other reviews that it took a long time from the initial purchase online to finally receiving the final mouthguard.I also had a similar experience where the final guard did not fit properly causing sore teeth in the morning, resulting in having to go through the process all over again.I unfortunately was very disappointed with the quality of my night guard that was designed and marketed for grinding at night. After 4 1/2 months, the guard started to crack and eventually developed holes, despite rinsing every single morning and doing a deep clean with denture tablets every week.I reached out to customer service to confirm how long these night cards typically last and I was told that they should last about a year with proper care and maintenance.I told the customer service rep that I did maintain and care for the night guard and that it only lasted 4 1/2 months. She said that if I was a heavy grinder, it wouldn’t last as long. After that response, I checked the website and the product description that clearly says the night guard is made from high-quality grinding resistant BPA free material.I responded to the customer service rep by sending her a screenshot of the product description and didn’t hear from them for about a week and a half. I finally got a response after following up, but she didn’t address my response with the screenshot. If you’re not going to stand by your product based on the website product description, you should add a disclaimer, letting people know that those with excessive grinding would result in shorter lifespan of the night guard or just get out of the night guard, vertical altogether and stick with mouthpieces for sports.
This is not great for kids! I'll start with the good, my son's impressions didn't work right the first time so they did eventually send us 2 new impressions free of charge to send back in and those did work. The painful part was that the process was incredibly slow, almost 2 months from ordering until we had an actual mouthguard. Then when we finally got the actual mouthguard back and my son was super excited, within 2 weeks of first wear, the mouthguard warped. I asked the company if they had a warranty cause no product should get ruined that fast and it's in his mouth getting chewed on so I would expect better quality, they said it doesn't look like the issues appeared before we shipped it so it's not covered. So we have had it for 2 weeks, it's already warped, it took us 2 months to get it and it was wasted money and a whole lot of effort with high hopes for nothing.
Great idea, disappointing execution and poor result.Ordered a night guard to prevent teeth grinding / TMJ, first impression didn’t work but took 3-weeks for them to contact me and send a new kit for $15. Second impression worked fine but return was via USPS which took almost 2 weeks to deliver.After waiting some more mouth guard finally arrived, but the fit is terrible. The guard is too tight so it actually pushes on my teeth like braces would and I wake up with terrible pain in the mornings. What a waste of $100.

I use both their night guard and sports mouthpiece, and the quality of each is outstanding.The night guard is incredibly comfortable and fits perfectly. I noticed a difference in my sleep almost immediately, with less jaw tension and no more morning soreness. It’s durable, easy to clean, and clearly made with high-quality materials.Customer service has also been top-notch—responsive, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure everything fits and works perfectly.Overall, amazing experience!
Best mouth guard available. Fits perfectly and has lasted way longer than any mouth guard I have gotten off the shelf at a big box store. This is the only mouth guard I will ever buy again. My nephew loves the mouthguard as it is comfortable and fits perfectly, compared to the others he has used.
