If I could give 10 stars I would ! So impressed by the quality of these mouth guards. We struggled to find something that would work for our sons multiple sports until we found these guards. Their customer service is exceptional! They were so helpful in ensuring his impressions were good for a perfect fit. Thank you TruFIT customs!

The online ordering process was really…

The online ordering process was really easy and once my impression kit arrived, I watched the tutorial video to make sure I was doing things correctly. This was really helpful because I didn’t really know what I was doing. Once I sent my impressions back I had my mouth guard within a week or two. Their team was really helpful during the process and I love that I can go online and reorder whenever I need a new one

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Never seen a company give less of a f*** about their customers. Taking forever to respond to email threads. Can barely verify if my impressions are good and I have to keep following up and double / tripling down on emails before finally getting a reply ( still haven’t got one yet from my last email asking for verification of impressions) Honestly the customer service alone is a reason to stay away and choose a different brand / company

Terrible decision

Very disappointing experience with TruFit.They sent me the impression kit, which I completed carefully. I even took photos of the impressions and emailed them on 1/5/26 to confirm everything looked okay before sending them in. I never received a response.Since I didn’t hear back, I mailed the impressions anyway. Three weeks later, they finally emailed me saying the impressions were “too shallow” and wanted to charge me an additional $15 to redo them.At that point, due to the poor communication and delays, I decided to request a refund. I paid $96 total, but they kept $30 for the kit and refunded only $66—despite the fact that: • They never replied to my original email • They never warned me there was an issue before I mailed the impressions • They never apologized or made any effort to make things rightBad communication, slow responses, extra charges after the fact, and no customer service accountability. I would not recommend this company.
