Don’t order from here unless you want to get stuck with an auto shipment you can not cancel. It’s impossible to reach anyone at this company when I simply wanted to change the protein powder flavor for the next shipment. And I have been trying for months to cancel. They just want your money!
Warning: Difficult Cancellation & Questionable Billing PracticesI had a very poor experience with this company and would not recommend purchasing from them especially for international orders.They make canceling a subscription extremely difficult. The unsubscribe links on both mobile and desktop repeatedly led to 404 error pages. Despite receiving emails claiming that my subscription would expire in three days unless I updated my credit card, this was misleading the subscription continued anyway.The company attempted to push charges through even after the card was expired. Products were automatically shipped around 3 a.m. without proper confirmation. When I contacted them immediately to report fraud and request cancellation, I was told it was “too late,” even though the shipping label had only been created Jan 2 and the package did not actually move for several days to be exact Jan 6 as I have the shipping companies tracking details.Based on the tracking information, the label was created on January 2, but the item wasn’t picked up by the shipping facility until around January 6 yet they still refused to cancel.This pattern appears intentional and seems designed to prevent customers from stopping shipments and charges.I strongly advise buying supplements from a reputable local vitamin store instead. Real health and growth come from simple ingredients, good sleep, and healthy eating not from companies that rely on deceptive subscription practices.
I had been using their products for a while and had a subscription. Last month they sent me the chocolate protein shake instead of the vanilla in my subscription. Since I was out of protein, I tried to see if my kids would drink the chocolate one. They didn’t like it and wouldn’t drink it! I reached out to customers service, they asked me to send a picture of the product. I sent them the picture of the chocolate. They offer me either a 15% refund or I could ship it back and they’d send me the vanilla. It’s during the holidays too... So suddenly their mistake becomes another chore for me to do between hosting Christmas and traveling! Meanwhile my kids who are youth athletes have no protein powder… ugh! The customer service was writing me and was so annoying.They kept putting the responsible on me to return the wrong product so they could send me a new one! This is all around Christmas and New Year… Finally, I was just like forget this. I don’t have time to deal with this annoying company anymore more and I don’t want to do business with someone who doesn’t take accountability for their error. I ordered NuBest height instead and it actually has a better nutrients profile. So I canceled my Truheight membership and walked way from tons of loyalty points. I just can’t deal with a company like that. I’m just going to take the loss and leave!
They emailed me saying my order is delayed. I have emailed twice asking to cancel my order and they have not responded. I have also subsequently cancelled my subscription. They still took £254.79 from my account and I have no order I’ve asked them to refund me and no response Please cancelThis is beyond a joke - I wnat my money back!
I ordered gummies for my son; they were super chalky and my son refused to eat them. While I was trying to figure out what to do about it, the company sent me an e-mail asking about my satisfaction with my experience. I told them honestly that I was struggling with trying to get my son to eat the gummies and they suggested that I send the unopened gummy bottles back to them and instead use the capsules, which I can open and mix into yogurt, juice, etc. The return process was fairly painless, and I felt I was fairly compensated/reimbursed. I sent back 5 months worth of gummies and received 6 months worth of capsules for no additional cost -- though when I did the math, it should have cost me a bit more. I also had a complaint about the website (it wasn't clear what payment method it had applied and I accidentally ordered something using the wrong payment method, and when I tried to immediately cancel the order to reorder with the correct payment method, it didn't have an option to cancel an order, so I had to contact the company to figure it out), but the customer service department was excellent in helping me through it.In summary: customer service is excellent, gummies are gross, website could be improved.
