Review Time
I never take to reviews to bash companies. Things happen and not all experiences are great due to a lot of circumstances. However, Trulyinbox positions themselves as a premier mail warm up service and promises to improve your deliverability. I started with a score around 75% deliverability, hoping to get it up into the 90s before starting some small campaigns for a client.After two weeks my score is now 45%. I wish there was a way to sue these people. A non-increase would be a fail - going DOWN by 30% is complete bs and lost me a client. I was NOT running ANYTHING during this time frame. I would trash the subdomain and start over but now that I can't begin the campaigns that I promised my client, they've left.Again, I am just a small agency owner who was looking for help getting a client towards running campaigns in GHL and MailerLite. These people screwed me. Oh, in addition, they only hide behind their chatbot and never give a name or actual person's email to contact. Probably some college kid in his mom's basement. The WORST subscription I have EVER paid for.
They worked hard to help us work through the connecting issues. Part of the problem was that we didn't have our DNS records set up correctly and when we got that figured out, they continued towork through what we needed. Now the process is going much smoother. The SOP documents were not that helpful at first but are easier to understand now.
